Working Hous: 9am-6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders from start to end, including checking details and following up on delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the production or operations team to monitor and follow up on orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Keep customer records updated and maintain proper sales documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
