Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support interior designers, architects and clients. Located in Commonwealth, you will service an existing clientele and help manage fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft furnishings requirements.

You will assist with product selection, prepare quotations, and coordinate samples, orders and deliveries, ensuring accurate records of quotations and project details. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects would be an advantage.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with designers and clients to understand fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft furnishings needs.
• Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries and ongoing projects.
• Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
• Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain records of quotations, orders and project details.

Salary: $2500 - $2800
Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm | Monday - Friday
