Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and service our established clientele, mainly interior designers, architects and industry clients. You will work with designers and clients on project requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, and provide timely follow-up and sales support.

Training is provided. Location: Commonwealth. Working hours: 9am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary range $2,500–$2,800/month.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects.
• Ability to prepare quotations and manage orders.
• Experience liaising with designers, architects and industry clients.

Responsibilities

• Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients.
• Coordinate fabric, wallpaper, leather and soft-furnishing requirements with designers and clients.
• Prepare quotations accurately and promptly; follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
• Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details.

• Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.

• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.

• Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders.

• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
