Job description

  • Position : Sales Service Coordinator - MARINE/NAVIGATION

  • Location : Bukit Batok

  • Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)

  • Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible.

  • Duration : Perm

  • Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond and handle customer service requests and enquiries through email, SAP and Salesforce.

  • Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.

  • Monitor the services request status and maintain updates on any services ongoing request.

  • Handles commercial quotations, invoices and payment status with customers.

  • Oversee and involvement in service and spare parts sales.

  • Maintain proper filing of documentation

  • Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that require improvements.

  • Manage the service hotline for any after-office hours service requests and technical enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce will be an added advantage

  • Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
