Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with quotations, contracts, and order processing
Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
Monitor inventory and generate regular sales and performance reports
Act as a key contact for customers on order status, product info, and issue resolution
Liaise with factories (Europe, China, India) for purchase orders and shipments
Ensure timely invoicing and sales data updates in ERP and CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or customer service
Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP B1) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
