Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Executive to enhance their sales operations and customer management. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotations, contracts, and order processing

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders

  • Monitor inventory and generate regular sales and performance reports

  • Act as a key contact for customers on order status, product info, and issue resolution

  • Liaise with factories (Europe, China, India) for purchase orders and shipments

  • Ensure timely invoicing and sales data updates in ERP and CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or customer service

  • Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP B1) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
