About the role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team at Crown Rachel to achieve their goals. This full-time position is based all over Singapore and involves coordinating various sales-related projects and initiatives to ensure the smooth running of the sales department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations, on-site meetings, and coordinating.
  2. Coordinating the fulfilment of customer requirements, liaising with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  3. Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
  4. Maintaining accurate sales records and generating reports to track performance.
  5. Supporting the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  6. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the sales department.
