Job Scope:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, providing clear and timely information.
  • Confidently present and explain products or services to ensure customers have a thorough understanding.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and handle feedback or complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with billing processes, process payments, and support the management of customer accounts.
  • Adhere to procurement procedures and provide necessary administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with Customer Service / Service Admin / Procurement Experience or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be an added advantage
