Our client, a high end Watch Brand, urgently requires:

Main Job Purpose:

1. To act as link between Switzerland and retail partners in the AP region.

2. To handle office administrative tasks.

3. To assist Marcomms with event related tasks

  • Process and file invoices between Switzerland and Singapore office
  • Process and file invoices between Singapore office and retailers.
  • Monitor regular payments from retailers to Singapore office
  • Coordinate shipments between Switzerland and the region
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries within Singapore.

Other duties (Learn on the job)

  • Assist with travel planning, hotel reservations, flight bookings for the management.
  • Liaise with hotels for training preparations, assisting in negotations for preferred hotel room rates.
  • Assist Marcomms department with event related tasks, this entails shipment, carnet application, VM assets.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations at the office, this includes managing office supplies, contractors (cleaning, AC etc), food & beverages order and payments.
  • Aid in correspondence for the managing director, such as emails, letters, packages, phone calls and appointments.
  • Ensuring availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination in wholesale, retail or services industry
  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong in invoicing & shipment follow-up and coordiantion skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and basic typing abilities.
  • Strong communication skills; able / willing to mutitask; teamplayer
  • A good demeanor and the ability to work with various types of personalities within an office setting.
  • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error.
  • Possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
