Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Provide general admin support to the Sales & Admin team
  • Assist with data entry duties
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics for deliveries
  • Assist in warehouse receiving duties
  • Receive all incoming parts (including mechanical, electrical, fabrication, finished products, and expendables) and match with Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Verify and ensure accuracy against open Purchase Orders (PO) with received DO
  • Prepare and pack materials or parts according to customers' POs and arrange courier services or own delivery
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

  • Great team player with a high level of dedication
  • Min NITEC Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
  • Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving license (not mandatory)
  • Proactive and able to multi-task
  • Independent worker with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • Location: East, 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm
  • 1-year contract, with basic salary, 10 days AL, 10 days ML, medical benefits, and transport claims
