Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage end-to-end sales order processing and support the sales team. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or order processing, preferably in the Marine Equipment industry. Proficiency in SAP is an advantage. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/order processing experience in Marine Equipment/Solutions or similar industry.
• Experience with SAP System is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including shipment coordination and preparation of export/shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales records and data entry into internal systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics and warehousing to ensure prompt and smooth delivery of goods.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, pricing, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Foster effective collaboration between internal departments to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer orders, deliveries, and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with customers on overdue accounts, and support credit control efforts.
• Proactively provide feedback or suggestions to improve internal sales processes and contribute to market growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/ order processing/ relevant experience in Marine Equipment/ Solutions or similar Industry
• Experience with SAP System is an advantage
• Able to work independently, able to multi-task and a good team player
• Customer service oriented
