Main Responsibilities:

1. Process customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
2. Liaise with customers regarding their service inquiries.
3. Provide information about accounts, products, and services, and interact with customers.
4. Generate sales from customer enquiries.
5. Coordinate with customers on fulfilment discrepancies.
6. Ensure effective customer service by coordinating with other departments as necessary.
7. Plan the allocation of service engineers for assigned jobs.
8. Handle purchasing matters related to customer enquiries.
9. Monitor assigned vessels continuously.
10. Ensure careful execution of jobs onboard by engineers.
11. Obtain customer approval for spare parts used by engineers onboard.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electronics & Electrical.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Marine Navigation System Industry (not mandatory).
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin for business communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
