The Sales Coordinator position at Inspire Tech Solutions, located in Gota, Ahmedabad, requires a dedicated individual with 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders, fostering dealer relationships, generating leads, and providing administrative and logistical support.
You must be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include accurately receiving, entering, adjusting, and processing customer orders, as well as coordinating with the Morbi facility to ensure timely order fulfillment. It is crucial to maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, identify and pursue new sales leads, and conduct outbound calls daily to introduce services and establish new business relationships.
Proficiency in Tally software is necessary for creating and managing Sales Orders (SOs) and invoices. You will also be required to conduct regular market visits to meet with dealers, gather market intelligence, address dealer concerns, and identify new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by printing invoices and ledgers as needed, as well as coordinating and arranging product dispatches from the warehouse.
A mandatory 15-day training in Morbi will be provided to familiarize you with the company's operations, with all expenses covered. The position also requires you to possess a two-wheeler and be male.
