A leading IT solutions company is seeking a sales support role to oversee daily operations, manage customer inquiries, and assist with project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business and be proficient in Microsoft Office while handling both English and Mandarin speaking customers. Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring smooth order processing (quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing).
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and maintaining excellent customer service.
Proactively follow up on inbound leads and seek new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain connections with key external customer contacts.
Support the lead manager, ensuring projects are executed according to plan and stay on schedule.
Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing) to support project and sales activities.
Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and documents for tenders.
Participate in regular product training sessions (online/offline) organized by vendors.
Requirements:
Possess with Diploma in Business or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to handle mandarin speaking customers.
