Job description

Summary:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm

  • Location: Kaki Bukit Ave 1

  • Industry: IT solutions company

  • AL start from 14 days

  • Yearly Performance Bonus is given

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring smooth order processing (quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing).

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and maintaining excellent customer service.

  • Proactively follow up on inbound leads and seek new sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain connections with key external customer contacts.

  • Support the lead manager, ensuring projects are executed according to plan and stay on schedule.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing) to support project and sales activities.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and documents for tenders.

  • Participate in regular product training sessions (online/offline) organized by vendors.

Requirements:

  • Possess with Diploma in Business or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Able to handle mandarin speaking customers.
