Sales Coordinator in Facility Management
    The Sales Coordinator in the Facility Management industry plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities. Your responsibilities encompass handling sales inquiries, managing quotes and contracts, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to guarantee the smooth delivery of facility management services.You will be actively involved in assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotes for potential clients within the facility management sector. Scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and site visits for the sales team will also be a part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client records, sales pipelines, and documentation in the CRM system.As the primary point of contact for client inquiries, you will promptly respond to questions about facility management services, pricing, and contracts. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships will be a key aspect of your role. Regular follow-ups with clients will also be conducted to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.Your tasks will also involve processing service orders and ensuring the timely execution of facility management services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance. Collaborating with operations and other departments to guarantee services are delivered as per client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) is essential. Tracking and monitoring orders to ensure timely delivery and resolving any arising issues or delays will fall under your purview.You will be expected to prepare regular sales reports to monitor the sales team's performance against targets and KPIs. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, quotes, proposals, and contracts, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for contract preparation, renewals, and amendments.Conducting market and competitor analysis within the facility management industry to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor offerings is also part of your role. Your insights and feedback on client needs, competitive pricing, and service offerings will be valuable to the sales team.Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance is essential to ensure the smooth execution of service contracts, proposals, and invoices. Additionally, you will assist the operations team with any client-specific requirements and expectations.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
