A leading company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to coordinate and manage sales activities. The ideal applicant will possess strong customer relationship skills, knowledge of supply chain operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role involves handling sales orders and ensuring efficient delivery processes while thriving in a diverse team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage sales-related activities, including preparing delivery orders (DO) and sales invoices.
Experienced in customer interactions, generating quotations and invoices, and scheduling delivery dates.
Knowledgeable in B2B (business-to-business) corporate sales.
Handle sales order processing and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and precise tracking.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; experienced with ERP systems such as SAP.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, multinational team environment.
Skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Effective communicator across all organizational levels, with the ability to work independently.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and responding efficiently to sudden changes or issues.
