Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones and respond to emails accordingly.
  • Process and follow up request proactively from customers/distributors, sales and HQ. Obtain and review. forecast updates with distributors and customers to monitor PSI.
  • Ensure all orders processing are input with correct p/n and prices, as required.
  • Monitor and coordinate to ensure prompt delivery with schedules and requirement.
  • Following up with shipment to Issue invoices and shipping documents timely
  • Prepare a variety of data and reports using Microsoft Words and Excel for analysis.
  • Communicate with customer/distributors and follow up enquiry for Sales team review.
  • Assist Sales team with analysis and data from POS reports.
  • Maintenance of regional or consolidated files and update promptly in order.
  • Handle and manage price list with confidentiality.
  • Assist Sales team related to supply and demand matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements :

  • Min 1 year of experience in sales or shipping coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal/written
  • Must be detail oriented, strong organization skills, set priories, assimilate information and multi-task to include follow-up skills.
  • Must always maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult situations
