Job Description:

  • Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory updates.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, including returns and exchanges.

  • Handle and resolve order-related issues, including returns/exchanges, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Logistic Department & Courier partners to ensure deliveries and orders are picked up on time.

  • Maintain accurate and updated product/ online store information (pricing, inventory, descriptions, banners) across e-commerce platforms.

  • Assist to submit promotions to e-commerce platform during their campaign period.

  • Liaise and communicate with respective e-commerce platform’s Account Manager on promotion/listings/ order matters.

  • Prepare and generate reports.

  • Support any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or Shopify is a plus.

  • Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills, self-driven and possess a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
