Job summary

Une entreprise de marketing à Singapour recherche un spécialiste du support e-commerce pour gérer le traitement des commandes et le service client. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme pertinent et une expérience en e-commerce. Vous serez responsable de la coordination avec les partenaires logistiques et de l'assistance à l'équipe e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe.
• Proficient en Photoshop et/ou Illustrator.
• Expérience en produits électroniques et e-commerce, un plus.

Responsibilities

• Assister dans le processus de traitement des commandes, y compris les commandes et devis.
• Fournir un service client via des plateformes e-commerce, téléphone et email.
• Coordonner avec l'entrepôt pour assurer la livraison en temps voulu.

Job Responsibiliites:-

Job description

• Assisting with the day-to-day order fulfilment process, including issuing sales orders, sales quotations and etc.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via e-commerce platform, phone call and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partner to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Process post-sales service, including return, exchange and refund orders accordingly to company policy. Return orders are not limited to re-packing and checking that the product is still in good condition.
• Monitor inventory levels based on the system and report to ensure product availability.
• Assist in coordinating with external partners and vendors.
• Provide administrative and operations support to the e-commerce team.
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:-

• Possess a Diploma in the field of marketing, business, e-commerce or related field.
• Proficient in the use of photoshop and/or illustrator.
• Experience in electronics products and e-commerce background will be an added bonus.
Team player with good communication skills
