Sales Coordinator (Customer Service/North East/5 days work/up to $3k) JF17

Jobs Description

Responsibilities:

1. Prompt processing of Sales Quotations and Customer Purchase orders in ERP system.

2. Preparation of commercial documentation for deliveries/collections and logistical arrangements with customers and transportation company.

3. Supporting Sales team in coordination with customers regarding queries, updates of repair status, checking on parts availability, and complaints.

4. Monitor and manage customers’ stock levels.

5. Prompt request for parts/units from customers for our internal repair jobs queuing and planning.

6. Request top-ups when stock levels are running low or fully depleted.

7. Request purchase orders for stocks which have reached low levels but are still pending for POs.

Requirement:

1. At least 1 year of customer service or sales support experience in any industry.
