A retail company based in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator cum Customer Service Executive to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will manage sales orders, assist the sales team, and handle customer feedback, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Customer Service Executive to support our sales team and ensure excellent customer experiences. This dual-role position involves coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and providing timely support to customers before, during, and after sales. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
1. Order Processing
Manage and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment
2. Sales Support
Respond timely to sales team on the orders status
Assist to secure schedule for the sales team
3. Customer Follow-up
Handle customers feedbacks and issues
Liaise with customer to confirm order and installation details
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
4. Coordination
Act as a bridge between sales, installers and customers to ensure timely delivery and service.
Resolve customer issues related to orders/installations/servicing promptly
Provide comprehensive administrative support across sales and installation department
5. Any other ad hoc dutiesassigned
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a retail or customer support environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in fast moving environment
Immediate availability/within short notice
