A leading company in the Marine & Offshore Shipyard industry is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their sales team. This permanent role involves processing sales orders, coordinating schedules, and maintaining customer records. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and have at least two years of relevant experience. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Job description

  • Position : Sales Coordinator (Coordinate/ Sales Support/ Invoice/ Quotation/ Marine Shipping)
  • Location : Ubi Road
  • Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.00am -5.30pm
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $3200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Marine & Offshore Shipyard


Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases
  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and route them appropriately.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Prior experience in marine industry is a plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
