Job summary

A well-established trading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage export/import operations and logistics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in international logistics or trading, strong coordination, and communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of SGD $3,000 – $4,000 per month with potential bonuses and a flexible working arrangement including WFH options.

Responsibilities

  • Handle export/import documentation and coordinate with forwarders/custom brokers.
  • Manage delivery schedules and communicate timelines with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems accordingly.
  • Arrange shipping and track logistics until final delivery.
  • Support sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
  • Correspond with overseas suppliers and clients.

About Our Client:

The company is the Singapore subsidiary of a well-established Japanese trading company specializing primarily in steel products and industrial materials. While the parent company in Japan has a strong foundation in the steel and metals industry, the Singapore office focuses on the growing semiconductor and electronics sectors, supporting the group's regional expansion strategy.

They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. You will handle export/import operations, delivery and stock management, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipments. Ideal for candidates with trading or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export/import documentation and coordinate with forwarders/custom brokers
  • Manage delivery schedules and communicate timelines with clients and internal teams
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems accordingly
  • Arrange shipping and track logistics until final delivery
  • Support sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and order confirmations
  • Correspond with overseas suppliers and clients

  • Salary Range: SGD $3,000 – $4,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Bonuses: AWS + VB(Depending on the company and individual performance. ave.2-3 months)
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Working Arrangement: The role is primarily office-based; however, 1 week per month of work-from-home (WFH) can be arranged.
