The Role
As a Sales Coordinator you will be supporting our sales operations and logistics functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, efficient coordination with logistics partners, and excellent customer service. Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Support
Process customer orders and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Handle purchase order processing and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate import and export shipping arrangements.
Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory updates.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and Information Security Management standards.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Provide responsive and professional support to customers.
Identify, anticipate, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Service

Your Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
Your Profile
Prior experience in order processing, logistic management, and business reporting is preferred.
