Job description

The Role
As part of our scale-up in APAC, we're looking for a talented Sales Coordinator to support our commercial team in Singapore. You’ll help improve productivity in the sales process, ensuring our salespeople have what they need to succeed day-to-day.

You’ll manage sales operations, coordinate marketing activities, assist with office administration, and maintain smooth processes across functions like finance, customer success, and technical support. This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical, relationship-based global industry, collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage APAC sales operations and support processes to enable team productivity
  • Track and report on the sales funnel, ensuring smooth lead and prospect progression
  • Monitor customer support tickets to ensure workflows are on track, reporting key metrics weekly
  • Maintain and expand use of tools supporting finance, customer success, and technical support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, travel arrangements, finance assistance, and contractor liaison
  • Coordinate and organise marketing activities, campaigns, and regional events
  • Manage Appear’s demonstration inventory, shipping and receiving, and assist with client project schedules

About You

  • Relevant higher education
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting sales business processes
  • 1+ years managing user experience and adoption in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience owning an end-to-end sales process
  • Program management capabilities
  • Highly dynamic, self-starter and task-oriented
  • Broadcast and live event application knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage
  • Respectful and collaborative mindset in a multicultural, international environment
