Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone enquiries (internal & external customers)
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales order and delivery orders
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in relation to the preparation of sales collateral material and quotations
  • Daily updating of sales & stock related files to ensure that proper records are kept for month end closing
  • Assist in inventory control of spare parts
  • Liaise with forwarders & movers for import/export issues, and deliveries
  • Preparing monthly sales & stock reports for management
  • Assist auditors in fiscal year- end inventory & other sales related issues
  • Documents housekeeping
  • Data entry

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, organised and hardworking with good working attitude
  • Good team player and self-starter
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with ERP systems will be an advantage
