• Experience with BBS or Ardmore systems is preferred.

Job description

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and coordination for the Sales Department's daily operations
• Handle incoming customer and supplier calls regarding product information, order status, and inquiries
• Assist supervisors in sourcing steel materials, negotiating prices, and following up on deliveries
• Ensure materials are purchased and delivered in accordance with specifications and requirements stated in Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Mathematics, or related field with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the steel industry
• Experience with BBS or Ardmore systems is preferred
Knowledge in shipping, purchasing, sales coordination, or inventory/materials/warehouse management is a strong advantage
