The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the general office and administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing Team. He/She is also responsible for assisting the sales team in basic administrative duties including drafting of sales proposals and agreements, preparing expenses, and coordinating and following up on assigned tasks.

Our Expectations:

  1. Oversee the general administration functions and manage the full spectrum of sales & marketing administration including filing, sending emails, typing, copying, distributing mails, etc.
  2. Coordinate and arrange meetings with the concerned parties including booking of function rooms and meeting dictation.
  3. Assist with the processing of purchase orders and stock requisitions.
  4. Ensure compliance with data entry standards and ensure the integrity of the database.
  5. Ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards and consistency.
  6. Prepare and review written documents such as proposals, contracts, reports, and meeting minutes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Assist in the updating or preparation of monthly action plans or month-end reports.
  8. Assist with the preparation of department expense claims.
  9. Manage giveaways and stationery inventory.
  10. Communicate and follow up with vendors on assigned events and tasks.
  11. Assist with the preparation of pre-trip call schedules and post-trip expense claims.
  12. Assist in coordinating any HR-related activities for the department.
  13. Assist in conducting marketing intelligence as required.
  14. Participate in the sales blitzes as required.
  15. Conduct tele-sales for business leads solicitation.
  16. Attend to incoming calls with proper qualification and assign calls to the right contact point.
  17. Conduct hotel tours for clients.
  18. Attend to guest queries for walk-ins and incoming calls.
  19. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  20. Create bookings in the Opera Sales & Catering.
  21. Coordinate all internal sales support and any special rooms or food & beverage (including catering) promotions that may occur from time to time.
  22. Partake, coordinate, and attend any in-house events including RSVP and attendance list.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a minimum Professional Certificate in Business Administration to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
