Job description

Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team, to:

  • Provide customer with certified true copy of acknowledged invoice/delivery order upon request
  • Follow up with salesman/customer for completed Account Opening + Credit Application Form
  • Prepare/submit orders and applications required for customer management (eg. Hamper/flower stand ordering, vehicle pass application)
  • Provide customer with required certification documents
  • Handle calls and process order for the customers

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

Work hours: 6-day work week (including public holidays), 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
