Job description

To assist the Supervisor in identifying client's needs, inside sales coordination, pricing to close the deal and post-sale follow up.

  • Ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts;
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns;
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in meetings or conferences;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders;
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, manufacturers and other relevant stakeholders on quotation and negotiate pricing;
  • Collaborate with team members on job deployments;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
