JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations, processing purchase orders, drafting of contract, billing, and other sales-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee and coordinate timely delivery of products or services, ensuring all documentation related to order fulfillment is accurate, complete and delivery on time.
- Manage pr-sales and post-sales activities including responding to customer inquiries, tracking orders status, and maintaining proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and schedule meetings, maintain and update customer and sales databases, and generate regular sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
- To manage and ensure timely approval of budgets for all customer POs by preparing accurate costing documentation, securing necessary approvals, and coordinating follow-up actions across teams.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, ensure inventory availability, and resolve delivery-related issues to meet customer deadlines
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- 1-2 years of related work experience in Sales and Marketing support is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
