We are looking for Sales Coordinator with a passion finding the perfect gifts, and keeping up with current trends! (The expertise will come with the job and is not a requirement).

Ministry of Print is a home brand that focuses on helping corporate remove the stress and frustration of finding the right gift. We will assist them in finding the best gift for any and every occasion. Other than gifts, we offer apparel printing to keep up the image and branding for every corporate

We need talented, dedicated, and efficient people to be part of our unique team. You will have a significant role with us. We will offer training which will teach you everything you need to know, and in addition to that, you will have an influence on how we develop as a company.

Job Scope:

  1. Assisting clients in finding the perfect gift and apparel
  2. Providing personal and friendly service to all our customers
  3. Finding cool new products / experiences to give as a gift
  4. Sending quotation to customers
  5. Liaising with vendors & designers on purchasing and printing
  6. Coordinating of orders to ensure the order is printed on time
  7. Liaising with customers on delivery schedules, customer enquiries & feedback/testimonials
  8. Posting of Social media of our company products & services
  9. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned eg. Filling forms, chasing payment, updating of company products on the website
