Sales Coordinator

Salary: $2300 - $3000 (Depends on experience)

Working Hours: 830 am - 530pm (Mon – Fri)

Work Location: Potong Pasir (walking distance from MRT)

Company: Electrical Company – MNC

Experience Required: Experience with Quotation & Invoices

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Handle and prepare sales order, invoices, delivery order and packing list
• Liaise with internal department & customer for goods order and delivery
• Oversee payment status and liaise with customer for outstanding invoices payment
• Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts to promote additional products or services
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences on order enquiries and delivery
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma/A Level in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Min 2 years of sales coordinator or administrative support experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
