About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Marketing Institute of Singapore. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, website forms, live chat, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify inquiries and assign or escalate as needed within the admissions or academic team.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions pipeline, including sending program information, scheduling follow-ups, and collecting required documents.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead statuses and communication history.
- Support the preparation of offers, follow-up communications, and basic sales reporting.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments

- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software

- Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the sales or marketing industry
