Job description

•Support all order-related processes, from new order creation to delivery and billing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

•Verify purchase requisitions by comparing requested items to the master list, clarifying unclear items, and recommending alternatives.

•Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.

•Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status.

•Strengthen customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.

•Work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics Manager to coordinate purchase orders and delivery schedules.

•Handle product returns and expedite replacement parts.

•Review freight rates, air, and courier services.

•Actively engage in problem-solving for any issues that arise.

•Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

•Minimum O-Level qualification.

•At least 2 years of experience in order processing and relevant administrative roles.

•Proficiency in Japanese is required to communicate and process orders with Japanese-speaking clients.

•Good interpersonal and communication skills.

•Flexible, supportive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
