Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
  • Issue & follow up sales and purchase order
  • Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
  • Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
  • Assist with RFQ for new model/new projects
  • Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
  • Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Keep accurate and updated contact details for customers.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing to meet requirements.
  • Handle customer Request For Quotations (RFQs).
  • Work with the sourcing department to find optimal solutions for growth.
  • Oversee respective or assigned operation activities to maintain accuracy, completeness and on time delivery.
  • Support department head.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Determine priorities and work assignments to meet shipping schedule.
  • Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Sensitive to numbers and fast learner
  • Prefer bilingual (English & Mandarin) as need to deal with overseas vendor / customer.
