Job Description:
- Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
- Issue & follow up sales and purchase order
- Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
- Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
- Assist with RFQ for new model/new projects
- Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
- Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
- Assist in inventory management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Keep accurate and updated contact details for customers.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing to meet requirements.
- Handle customer Request For Quotations (RFQs).
- Work with the sourcing department to find optimal solutions for growth.
- Oversee respective or assigned operation activities to maintain accuracy, completeness and on time delivery.
- Support department head.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Determine priorities and work assignments to meet shipping schedule.
- Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Sensitive to numbers and fast learner
- Prefer bilingual (English & Mandarin) as need to deal with overseas vendor / customer.
