Job Description:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, delivery scheduling, and accurate and timely inventory updates.

• Respond to customer inquiries received via online chat, providing exceptional service and assistance.

• Manage and resolve order-related or product return issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain, update, and upload product listings, ensuring all details such as product descriptions, pricing, inventory and promotions are current.

• Assist in uploading promotions to the e-commerce platform during campaign periods and ensure timely updates of store decorations, including banner images.

• Liaise and communicate with e-commerce platform’s Account Manager on promotion/ product listing/ order related issues.

• Prepare and generate reports.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in any discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or Shopify is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, self-driven and possess a positive attitude.
