About the role

We're seeking a driven and organized Export Sales Coordinator to join our team at Asia Airblast Pte Ltd in the Tuas Region. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing critical sales support and coordinating the sales process to help drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Communicating with overseas customers to understand their needs and provide prompt, friendly service

  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels

  • Assisting the sales team with preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents

  • Coordinating the logistics of orders, deliveries, and after-sales support

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to the development of sales strategies

  • Providing administrative support to the sales department as needed

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the marine or industrial sector

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude

  • Knowledge of the sales process and experience in a sales support role
