Main Duties
- Assist the sales team with secretarial and administrative support.
- Act as the contact person between clients and the hotel in the absence of the Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales, or Sales Team.
- Be proficient in operating personal computers and Opera Systems.
- Be well-versed in all aspects of the hotel’s facilities.
- Ensure all typed correspondence complies with The Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa standards.
- Distribute all correspondence effectively to relevant departments and regional offices, and follow up on deadlines.
- Forward all incoming correspondence to the respective managers.
- Handle telephone calls, take messages, respond to new inquiries, and check room availability for both functions and guest rooms.
- Respond to all leads and follow up on proposals within 8 hours.
- Be accountable for achieving all targets and goals set for your area of responsibility.
- Adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards to project a luxury brand image.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales.
