Job description

• Respond to any online or telephone inquiries in a professional way and work closely with the Sales team to develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Prepare the monthly sales forecast and ensure that shipments meet the monthly and quarterly goals.
• Support the field sales team by being the point of contact for the client regarding logistics aspects.
• Track sales orders to ensure products are shipped out in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma and 1 year of experience working as a sales coordinator.
• A good level of administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and capacity to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other sales-related software proficiency (Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous).
