A leading vehicle rental company in Singapore seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage customer records, respond to inquiries, and assist with rental operations. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Sales Coordinator
(Singaporean only)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer records, contracts, and vehicle documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and features.
• Schedule and follow up on test drives, inspections, and vehicle deliveries.
• Handle walk-in and online customer leads and pass them to the appropriate sales executives.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for display or delivery.
• Support daily rental operations including booking, scheduling, and return processing.
• Track rental fleet usage, damage reports, maintenance schedules, and availability.
• Ensure timely billing and assist in rental agreement preparations.
• Assist with warranty claims, after-sales follow-up, and customer feedback handling.
• Assist in updating vehicle listings on websites, portals, and social media.
