Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Internal Sales Executive to support and coordinate with the Sales team in daily business operations, quotations preparation, housekeeping of documentation and dissemination of relevant information and correspondences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming enquires and provide customers with quotations and supports
  • Support Sales & Marketing effort, both local and overseas
  • Order planning and forecast
  • Coordination between factory and customers to ensure smooth operation
  • Work closely with sales personnel and provide them with orders update when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in Sales & Marketing Department
  • Handle customers order, delivery and billing
  • Ensure collection of payment promptly
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Department
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience. Entry Level will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Good interpersonal, and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Well-organized and meticulous.
  • Able to be independent, multi-tasking, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take initiative and responsibility with a positive working attitude.
  • Applicants able to commence work within a short period of notice will have an added advantage.

Others:

  • Work Location: Jurong Area - 5 minutes walk from MRT
  • 5 days work week. Time: 0830hrs – 1800hrs
  • Only Singaporean/PR.
