Job description

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing and Management:
  2. Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
  4. Liaise with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
  5. Key sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events.

Client Communication:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information.
  2. Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages.
  3. Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  5. Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling.
