Job summary
A local food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer feedback and provide after-sales service. Candidates should have a minimum of ‘O’ level education, good command of Mandarin, and preferably experience in a related field. The role involves processing sales-related documents and assisting the Assistant Sales Manager as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in related field is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Good command of Mandarin for effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle existing customer feedback.
- Provide after-sales service and build rapport with customers.
- Process sales quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and sales reports.
- Assist the Assistant Sales Manager as needed.
