Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily customer inquiries through various communication channels including email, telephone, Skype, WhatsApp, and others.
- Coordinate sales-related requests such as stock availability checks, delivery arrangements, and price quotations, in accordance with defined sales authorization limits and pricing guidelines.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations (verbal and written) to secure orders or understand the reasons for lost opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including:
Preparing quotations and sales orders
Order processing and tracking
Payment follow-up and purchase order (PO) management
Coordination with overseas suppliers
Shipment and delivery arrangement
Issuance of delivery orders (DO) and invoices
Generating monthly sales reports - Collaborate with internal departments and act as a customer liaison to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Offer post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily operations and perform various administrative tasks.
- Opportunity to visit customers and attend business trips to build client relationships and enhance sales and communication skills.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
