Sales Coordinator

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the clientele base for the company.
• Establish project clientele locally and work closely with the sales team to increase the revenue channel.
• Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments.
• Work with partners & our sales team to identify opportunities to promote the company's products and services to meet the financial targets set by the company.
• Execute plans and strategies set by the General Manager and the company.
• Work with partners and key internal functions and activate current non-active customers to maximise financial targets.
• Provide full support to the sales team and operational personnel.
• Attend to sales inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Issue sales orders and delivery orders.
• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that shipments are delivered on schedule.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma from a reputable institute.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English writing and speaking; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to initiate and implement changes, ensuring processes and internal controls are in place.
• Ability to work closely with the Management and develop effective strategies to further grow the business.
• Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and meet demanding deadlines; manage conflicting demands.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to liaise with people at all levels.
• Strong team player and able to work independently when needed.
• Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized.
