About the role
As a Sales Coordinator at MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES ENGINE SYSTEM ASIA PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including communication with customers, managing products shipments and coordinating with subsidiaries and dealers to ensure smooth operations.
Handling accurate sales order entry, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, managing sales documents and performing order process in systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and key performance indicators.
Supporting month-end closing and sales reporting.
Providing support for sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
What we're looking for
Possess min Diploma or 2 to 3 years experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Logistic experience is preferable, knowledge of International Trade and Incoterms will be good.
Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
