Job summary

TD Fabrics is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and service our established clientele, including interior designers, architects and industry clients. You will work closely with designers and clients on project requirements, coordinating samples and orders.

The role involves preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, checking stock and lead times with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and able to work with designers, architects and clients.
• Organised with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Word.
• Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, or hospitality projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients.
• Work closely with designers and clients to understand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishing requirements.
• Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects.
• Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
• Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details.
