Job description

  1. Sales & Business Development

    • Drive sales growth by targeting local clients, maintaining a strong pipeline, and staying on top of industry trends.

    • Prepare, follow up on quotations, and ensure a smooth sales process from pitch to closure.

  2. Project Coordination

    • Oversee post-confirmation processes by coordinating with QS, drafting, procurement, and finance teams.

    • Ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and effective internal communication for successful project execution.

  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Engage with prospects through social media and in-person meetings.

    • Build long-term relationships and keep T1 Glass & T1 Elements top-of-mind for future opportunities.

  4. Product Education & Presentations

    • Lead product introduction sessions, provide technical support, and present features to clients confidently and clearly.

  5. Social Media & Branding (T1 Elements)

    • Manage and grow social media presence to boost brand awareness and engage potential clients.

  6. After-Sales Support (T1 Glass)

    • Handle service and maintenance for completed projects, including diagnostics, site visits, and coordinating repairs.

  7. Event Networking & Representation

    • Represent the company at events and trade shows to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and enhance brand visibility.
