  • To support Sales Team in coordinating with daily job flow.
  • Handle calls/emails from clients and process customers' orders.
  • Provide real-time updates on job progress into Transport Management System.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • To provide customers with real-time updates.
  • Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs.
  • To close job upon completion and process billing.
  • Perform Administration duties such as filing, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
