Job Description
  • Perform sales administration and order management functions.
  • Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide relevant support and assistance to the team.
  • Tabulate and prepare monthly sales reports
  • Manage of inventories and highlight if there will be any shortage
  • Monitor and manage shipment backlogs to support revenue goals, proactively identifying risks to order fulfilment or revenue recognition for management review.
  • Assist with accounts receivables and payment tracking (ie. following-up and recording payments, flagging overdue accounts, etc.)
  • Assist in order processing, quotation and delivery arrangements
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma Qualification in releavent field
  • Able to work independently or as a team
